Coded Welding to International Standards
We keep various coded welders for welding scopes covering AWS D1.1, ASME and BSEN codes. Our welders are highly experienced to tackle any type of welding on any design structure or development, following approved engineering drawings and producing sound welding as requested on the scope. We take on the challenge of having our welds tested for integrity by NDE methods nominated by our clients.

Gearbox Supply, Install & Precision Repair
We offer a large range of gearboxes as well as the installation and maintenance of gearboxes on belts or machines that are gear driven, belt driven or chain driven — vertical mounted gear boxes, shaft mounted gear boxes, or anything else. Independent Inspection to OHS Act 1993 Standards
Metty Dee has extensive experience in Quality management. We specialise in the execution of Quality Inspection services onsite and vendor inspections for components manufactured and delivered offsite — material expediting, verifying procedures, data book compilations and enforcing compliance in line with quality management systems.
We perform independent Inspection services for Manufacturing, Mechanical Design Verification, and In-service Inspections and Pressure Tests on components, Pressure Vessels, Tubes or Pipes as per PER of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act No. 85 of 1993).

Rubberizing
Professional Polyurethane Rubberizing Services
Polyurethane is one of the most durable and tough protective coatings available. When mixed and sprayed, its two components (Iso and Resin) react chemically to form an elastomer that vigorously adheres to most surfaces — with elastic capabilities of 400–900%, producing a pliable, strong and seamless coating that is impervious to water and extremely resistant to abrasion, cutting and gouging.
It is UV stable, tolerant of extreme temperatures, and resistant to corrosion-causing chemicals including oils, fuels, acids and solvents. Polyurethane linings can be sprayed from one millimetre to several centimetres thick in a single operation and cure to full strength within 24 hours. It can be applied to trailers, vehicles, boats, tanks, floors, walls, roofs, decks, koi ponds, cooler boxes, caravans, horse trailers, workshop benches, industrial flooring and many more surfaces.

For most engineering scopes and standard trailer builds we respond with an initial quote within 24–48 hours of receiving your scope. Complex or site-based work may require a short site assessment before final pricing is issued.
